I am currently running Windows Vista, and I bought Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 at Best Buy about a week ago. I cant update now, and when I search for update’s it says 0% and keeps reminding me. This is very frusterating and I just need someone’s help. Thanks

have you tried contacting the vendor and asking advise or the website, or perhaps look for a manual download, that you can install yourself.

Try To U-install Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 Update Then Restsrt you computer Then install again Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 Update

Check your date and time settings if that's not it go to Kaspersky forum

Click KASPERSKY icon in the lower right hand corner of your system tray then go to>support and you will see>users forum. There create a username and password and you're set.
