Why wont my Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 Update?

I am currently running Windows Vista, and I bought Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 at Best Buy about a week ago. I cant update now, and when I search for update’s it says 0% and keeps reminding me. This is very frusterating and I just need someone’s help. Thanks

      have you tried contacting the vendor and asking advise or the website, or perhaps look for a manual download, that you can install yourself.

      Try To U-install Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 Update Then Restsrt you computer Then install again Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 Update

      Check your date and time settings if that's not it go to Kaspersky forum

      http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=93603 You should create a free account with Kaspersky forum they can help a lot. You can get to it on your own program. Click KASPERSKY icon in the lower right hand corner of your system tray then go to>support and you will see>users forum. There create a username and password and you're set.
