I use mozilla firefox instead of Internet explorer. All of a sudden one day none of the links or shortcuts work. Internet explorer still works with no problems. I've tried multiple ways to open mozilla firefox (desktop icon, program files, etc.) but no luck. I've also tried to reinstall it and still no success. I don't know what else to do or what could be preventing it from opening. Help?
P.S.- I have Windows Vista.

Try Firefox (Safe Mode) option, it should be in the start menu. If it is not there then try running this command in "run":
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -safe-mode
If it runs, try disabling all add-ons and then enable them one by one to see if any particular add-on is causing problems. Also try clearing cache etc.
