I’ve never had any trouble with this before. My current system is good through April of next year. When I click on “Control Panel” and then on “Add or Remove Programs”, the program “Norton Anti-Virus” and “Norton Security Scan” shows up as being in the system.
When I click on my shortcut on the desktop, a message comes up stating “you already have this on your computer”. I then double click on my shortcut; the hourglass appears for about 10 seconds and then nothing happens.
