Will McAfee protect me from limewire and other illegal downloads?

I mcafee on my new computer and i am suddenly interested in illegal downloads. If i was to download from limewire or any other site for that matter, would it kill my computer?

Occasonally when I am online I will suddenly be redirected to a spyware removal site with no warning. Why?

McAfee may help you but if your going to constantly use limewire then it's basically useless. Never trust it. My old computer doesn't start up because i abused limewire.

it will tell u if a file is infected with a known virus. no ur comp will still crash if it gets a virus.
