will norton 360 REMOVE the adware and spyware and trojan from my comp if i install it???

ive been wanting to buy that program but im afraid that its not going to remove anything. does it really remove it or stops other viruses from infecting my already infected computer???

      It should remove it, just make sure to keep Norton updated.
