No way! I bet McCain would like him, though. He could send him to Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran or Georgia…. Oh, and Ayers is closer to McCain’s age. Obama was a child when Ayers was involved with that mess.

Early in Barack Obama’s career, he attended one reception in his honor at Ayers’s house. They also were separately asked by a charitable organization to serve on that organization’s board. And that’s it. There’s no friendship between the two, no relationship, no history of working together.
