Window vista Language Interface Pack(LIP) problem?

I am using window vista home premium, this computer can only read English, when i try to play games in chinese, all it shows is some creepy letters. I try to look for LIP to solve this problem, but all i found is LIP for Spanish, Arabic, ……….. CAn some one help me or give me the link to download.

I think u dont have chinise packege installed…
