it keeps popping up and it says my safety status is fair i had all sorts of porn spyware from wherever the hell idk and i got rid of it and this windows antivirus crap keeps still popping up and saying warning attack detected! and it wont l;et me stop this from popping up! wtf help me!

Click at : start ==> Control panel
Double click to Security Center ==> Click at : Change the way Security center alert me
and uncheck the 3 tabs :-))

i assume you’re using Vista operating system. you might have to uninstall the software… do this ..
Start -> Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> ( and now look for that anti virus software ) .. select and uninstall.. hopefully, it will solve the problem.. good luck

Sounds like Windows AntiVirus is a virus???
Try removing it from the control panel, if it’s a physical program, it’s got to have an uninstaller. Or use another antivirus program to remove it. Try http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and run the free scan.

I recently had this happen, and it was introduced to my computer via a trojan, and I ended up just erasing everything and starting over because of all the problems it caused everywhere else.
Now, I am running XP, so if there is something named this in Vista, then my answer does not apply to Vista, but if you had this just show up out of nowhere after you installed a program you downloaded, and you are running XP, it is quite possible it is a trojan virus.

I tried for hours but finally reinstalled. It is a trojan and will not uninstall under normal uninstall. If you try system restore it will still be there. Sorry-Good Luck. I did read that you can mess with the registry and stop it but I did not figure it out.

I believe that Windows Anti-virus is actually a virus! Get spybot or AVG to get rid of it. if you need info on how to get it, simply e-mail me.

This will take about an hour.
Switch off System Restore - you can re-start it if you choose to when your computer is clean.
Install the free version of SUPERantispyware http://superantispyware.com Update it and run a full scan.
Install ccleaner http://ccleaner.com - run the ccleaner and the registry scans and delete what they find but repeat the registry one until nothing is detected.
Reboot and job done.
I’d also recommend you install a good anti-virus program like avast home edition http://avast.com
and another good anti-spyware program is spybot search and destroy http://safer-networking.org
