I recently reinstalled Vista to get my laptop back to “Out of the Box State”. I updated my Windows Experience Index and my scores are lower now than before reinstall. My memory score dropped a point and half. I ran the memory diagnostics and I was getting errors. I have wanted to upgrade memory so I upgraded my RAM to 2 Gb from 1Gb. Tonight I reran the Experience Index and my scores are still lower than before my Reinstall. I checked the memory and no errors. I used to have a base score of 3.1 and that was my graphics card. Now I am lucky to get a 2.5 on memory and 2.6 on my processor. What could be wrong?
