So my taskbar keeps on freezing. It is only my taskbar that does it and it does it a lot.

Well, the debug data is telling us that explorer.exe is waiting on a Windows service called AudioClientRpc. This might be an issue with your audio hardware/drivers. Try disabling the AudioClientRpc by going into Control Panel > Administration Tools > Services. reinstalling the audio drivers might also help.
