No, no! Windows Messenger (the old version) is already a part of your SYSTEM.
Don't worry, it will not uninstall it.

I recently installed Aurora Live Messenger and I would like to remove it.
1) It makes all your smileys look different which is annoying, and they look rubbish.
2) You can’t make the background white so that you can see what people are saying instead its a dark blue which is hard to read peoples writing or their names.
3) SO, SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO UNINSTALL IT.
p.s. It’s giving me a virus, whenever I open Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer at least 5 pop-ups just well,… Pop-up!
HELP MEEE.

I’ve recently had a problem with the Bandoo emoticon program. To remove it, go to Add or Remove Programs, and remove it from there. If you’re not allowed to remove it, uninstall Windows Live Messenger, remove the program, then reinstall messenger again.
I hope that helps =D
