I made a new partition on my hard drive so i can dual boot windows xp with windows 7 , after i installed windows 7 beta i used it but it will expire in a couple of days , when i try to boot windows xp it says ,…<Windows root>\system32\hal.dll what can i do to resolve this problem ( i do not have an windows xp cd )

Try googling "plus patch windows 7". I think you'll find there's an easy way to make the beta not expire .
