Pressing F11 does not work.

THe only way is fully restore it.
This deletes all the files that you have on your comp, like pics, and songs…etc
1. turn off your comp
2. Disconnect the cable to your printer and to your internet
3. Hold Ctrl and keep on tapping F11.
4.Yourll go to the restore menu and you agree to whatever it asks.
5.Your computer will now also run like the first day you got it….

You don’t have to delete anything to do a System Repair (F11). But, depending on the manufacturer, that may or may not replace hal.dll. That’s the one file some manufacturers don’t supply (because Windows creates it during installation, and some manufacturers make the repair partition from a generic Windows disk). It won’t hurt to try it - all System Repair does is replace all the Windows kernel and driver files. (That’s what it says in the book. Some manufacturers - I won’t mention names, but HP knows its own name - screw up, and doing a System Repair ‘uninstalls’ some of your programs.)
