windows sharing and security is not coming in hte folder property tabs??

now i have reinstalled my xp pro due to some serious error…. previously in my ntfs partition when i see the properties of any folder it has 4 tabs.. namely (General, sharing, SECURITY & customize)…..But now after reinstalled my OS…… only it shows 3 tabs(general sharing customize) where does the SECURITY tabs gone????

      Open Windows Explorer, go to Tools -> Folder Options -> View and uncheck "Use Simple File Sharing"
