I am now using Windows XP Professional with Office Professional 2003 (Excel, Access)
Before I buy a New computer, I need your help with these Questions.
1. Does Office Professional 2003 (Excel 2003, Access 2003 …) works on Windows Vista Business or Home Premium or ULTIMATE ?
2. Will the Excel 2003 Worksheets and Access 2003 Database created using Windows XP Professional work on Vista using the same Excel 2003 and Access 2003 Software.
3. Will Excel 2003 Worksheet or Access 2003 Database created using Windows VISTA (any versions) be able to be accessed/used on my friend’s computer whose computer Operating System is Windows XP Professional ?
Thank you.

Yes, as long as you use the same program to transfer or whatever, your OS will not effect anything!

i believe there is a special program made for vista with the same functions
so the answers would most likely be yes

If at all possible, please dont buy a computer with vi$ta on it, even if you have to buy from a custom builder.

the answer is no. the other way around yes office 2007 can read 2003, but you can all ways play with the compatibility, the microsoft regrets now the crap they create. i use xp professional. and i don’t change for nothing. i hope the explorer 7 OS doesn’t be the same crap.
