Windows Vista Home Basic?

I have a laptop made by Ei Systems and it has Windows Vista on it, a file has gone corrupt and I need the Vista disc to fix it as it is not even booting up now. I don't have the original CD as the laptop was passed down from my brother, and also I don't have and receipts etc to speak to the people who I bought it from. Does anyone know where I can download an out of the box copy Vista Home Basic from? I don't want any of the cracked versions etc, as I have a key code. I am familiar with torrents and can only find Home Premium, Ultimate etc but obviously my key code is Home Basic so won't work with these.

Any help would be much appreciated.
