i recently downloaded this program on my windows vista home premium laptop and it didnt work so i uninstalled it. the file still remained in program files so i tryed to delete it but when i try it lets me through but then as its recycling it to the recycle bin it says it cant do because it need permision or something?
plz Help!?

how do you run in safe mode and then how do you get out of it?

restart your computer and try again
but if it don’t work do it in safe mode and it works!!!

the way u go to safe mode is hold down the power botton till its gone black then ! restart it and then click safe mode when u turn it on !!then go 2 ur virus checker
