Windows Vista Language Pack Help!!!!!?

hey guys, I’m wondering if I can type in chinese with my keyboard, like if I type *hello* could it come out in chinese on my screen? and I have a windows vista home premium. thanks.

p.s: please gimme a link to download the language pack *for free* lol.
