When windows loads the files, the computer just shuts off. Nothing else happens. Whats going on?
It shows the status bar at the bottom, and says windows is loading files, but the second its done, the computer shuts off. Help?
Brand New Computer, Hand Put Together, it stays on just fine without the cd in. But after it trys to load it, it shuts off.
Theres no email no nothing first of all. Its never had anything on it ever. So theres no nasty bugs or anything on it.

unfortionatelly if it does this right away there is no way to override it,
it sounds like you might have to take it to a professional
unless you have some sort of antivirus which you could try running under safe mode (hit F8 to enter it)
by doing so it *may* bypass those start files
but if not you are stuck as most programs cannot be installed in safe mode (meaning to put an antivirus program in)
the other thing you can try (if you manage to get in safe mode) is to
do a system restore and see if it does anything
(on winxp + above hit F1 then type system restore to find it)

Loading Files?
You mean like from an email or upon startup?
This is probably a virus. My mum downloaded a similar one not long ago - any computer person mabobby could fix it if you take it into a store - It only cost us $33. Depends on the time and the software they use. Also - Try Dedusting the computer vents - this could cause it to restart wierdly or not process properly sometimes.
