My daughter has a Compaq laptop and now her media player will not allow her to burn cds. It keeps telling her to insert a blank cd, which she hs done but it will still not burn. What can I do to fix this?

the player is not installed properly. i have already faced this problem. just install this once again and then update ur media player.
