Windows Vista wont let me go on (uxtheme.dll cannot be found)?

I recently tried to change my theme on my computer. I went onto this website and it said to change uxtheme.dll to uxtheme.old i did that but about half way through i got tired so i turned it off not bothering to change them back. Today i tried to get on and now it says uxtheme.dll cannot be found try to re install it. I looked for my vista startup disk (of course they didnt give me one). WHAT DO I DO!!!!!
