Windows XP computer won't start up?

Whenever I turn my laptop on, it goes into a screen that asks me to open in safe mode, safe mode with connections (Or something like that) or Safe mode with something else. Or I can open with the settings that previously worked or I can open windows normally. I tried to open in safe mode, but it keeps on restarting. Whenever I open it in any other mode, it also restarts. Please help me fix it.
I don't have an xp disk. Where can I buy one?

if you have the xp cd , just insert it, restart pc, Type R to repair windows in yr pc.
