Windows Xp - Dll Module Error?

I Removed a number of Viruses On my Computer

Since then ive been getting error a message saying

“Error Loading C:\Windows32\cgjipxsj.dll

The Specifide Module Could not Be Found”

It might be malware,but im not sure…
I Need Some Help,Any One?
Ok I Found It,But I Can't Delete it
only turn Enable or dissable it

      I did a google search and it turned up absolutely nothing,which usually means it’s nothing good.Click start,then run,type in msconfig,go to startup and see if it’s in the list,if it is, uncheck it. If it isn’t there,run a windows search for it,if it finds it,delete it.
