WIndows XP install partition problem?

July 29th, 2008 · 1 Comment

I had a partion issue with my computer. I had a C(small @5 G) and a D (70G) partition on my Compaq laptop. When I went to backup the C my system went down and I had to reload XP. My XP was originally loaded over Vista so I had to do it all over again after I did a complete recovery. My ltop still shows a D & C partition. But after I loaded XP and registered it it loaded and asked for a password. I tried to go into safe mode to delete the password but it asked for it there to(in normal and administrator mode). Any help would be great. Thanks
