I am running windows XP and got error:
load needed DLL's for kernel.
Problem is that I can't reboot with disk as it also won;t let my cd/dvd run. Antone have any suggestions?

put ur xp cd/dvd in tray startur computer keep pressing F8 till u see an box wid all ur drives(like disk and floopy ,cd drive) now select cd/dcd drive choose repair option.u r ready to go.ENJOY.
