I had success with Stardock's Bootskin. Best of all, it's a free utility.
Just make sure to read the instructions carefully. Changing your boot files is inherently risky.

I suggest that you use the Tuneup Utilities Software to change the boot screens. For example you can added your phote or any other images using this utility in the boot screen.

Download the trial version from this site and enjot changing the boot screens and if the trial version is expired download the other trial verions so that you can save the money..

Be careful when using these programs are any program that alters system files or your next question will be how to recover your system. BootSkin is a good one.
