Windows Xp Num Lock?

My Numlock Won't Work, I've tried the regedit Changing it to 2 and such, but when i restart, and check regedit again, It resets to 0.

      Try useing a diferent keyboard and see if that cures it.

      Reboot your computer. Then when it restarts, press F2 to go to the Boot menu. F2 is usually the key pressed to get to the BIOS Settings, but some other manufacturers employ other keys, thus kindly read your computer's manual on how to get to the BIOS settings.       Numlock settings would be found somewhere in those settings. Tweak it to be "ON" after the BIOS loads the setup. Save the new settings.

      Also, you could try doing the regedit in SAFE MODE. Reboot, press F8, choose Safe Mode, login as default Administrator, then change the settings for NumLock. Refer to this article:
