I wanna install IceXP v3 (Newer Windows XP version) and i look for instructions on internet. I cannot boot from Floppy,i don't have it,so i found instructions how to boot from USB Flash Disk (I cannot burn bootable disc (I try in Nero bootable option, and it boot successful, but cannot install),if anyone knows how to do it,please tell me)) http://articles.techrepublic.com.com/5100-22_11-5928902.html
I read instructions and download some programs like HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool. This must be used for format, because this only works (format option in Windows XP doesn't work). So i install it and try to format, but this error shows: Device media is write-protected. I try with common XP option,it work then… but i cannot use that option. If anyone know how to fix this problem, please tell me… or tell me how to burn bootable disc. If anyone understand me (i don't think so :)),please answer me… HP USB Disk Storage Format tool: http://w13.easy-share.com/1035959.html
I can't write anymore
I knew that, and i use that way,but when i boot from CD something black shows (Like MS-DOS)… I type "setup" but nothing happen. I watched on youtube how to install it,but when i try to install,it's different… Anyway thanks for answer!!!

If u have a bootable disk but can't install it, try to change the boot priority from the bios and put the priority to cdrom where ur bootable disk is, then restart ur pc, follow the instructions and u will be able to format ur HD and install a fresh copy of XP.
—> to enter the bios restart ur pc and do the following:
either keep pressing F2(works for intel) or press crtl+alt+delete until it enters bios.
hope it helped
