Looks like you got a free virus instead of the music you were trying to download.

ComRepl32.dll is a virus itself. It is more commonly known as the P2P-Worm.Win32.Nugg. This worm is spread over P2P programs such as Limewire, BearShare, KaZaA etc, and since it looks like you also have limewire.exe running, that would be how you got infected.
You have a couple of options:
1.) Download, install, and run a full scan with Malware Bytes Anti-Malware, Ad-Aware, BitDefender and AVG. After you have finished running scans with those programs you can un-install them. Hopefully this will clean up your system.
2.) Perform a complete System Restore. This will wipe your computer completely clean, and put it back to the way it was when the computer was pulled out of the box. The way this is done is with recovery discs, which if you don’t have them can be ordered for ~$30 from the manufacturer of your computer.
For future reference, P2P programs which allow you to illegally download music/videos/etc from other users are a fantastic source of viruses. Avoid them at all costs.
