I am facing the problem with system error concerned with dlls as error shows when my laptop starts below.
WINDOW\system32\SHELL32.dll occupied and affress range reserved for Window system DLLS.

I’m a computer geek myself (I built my own computer and can SSH into both of my macs), but it looks as though you’re stuck. A good idea is to call Microsoft and ask about what you’re problem is. If they can’t help, then there’s tons of cheap laptops that do good stuff.
But I can help a bit. “WINDOW\system32\” is Win32, which is what Windows used to be based on(it’s now Win64). Hopefully that helped!

You start with one of the XP disk. The startup disk or other firms also. DOS to start the next. Under the dos and then use COPY A: / SHELL32.DLL C: / WINDOW/SYSTEM32.
Or by restoring the console, this complex, you use the XP installation disk into the console to resume
