winhttp.dll what the crap do i do?

I keep trying to download a free online mmorpg and every time i start it wont let it. It says i should try downloading winhttp.dll again to fix the problem and i have done this many times. I dont want to pay for the expensive dll error fixers and i would like to know if i can manually fix it. someone please help.

      send in a support ticket to the company who runs the game. it should be under customer support.

      If that doesnt work then uninstall, reinstall and try again.
