SO I’m trying to stay connected to my wireless home network via windows vista. I have 2 windows XP and a mac machine that can connect NO PROBLEM, and they stay connected.
Sometimes it connects and sometimes it doesn’t when all my other machines can, I know it can find the signal and I know its strong enough to connect. Every time I try to use Filezilla, an ftp client, it uploads maybe one file then stops, my wireless connection disappears and my computer cant find any networks (Again, my other machines work fine) I’ve restarted about a billion times and it never makes a difference.
I have all the latest drivers. Why does vista not want to do this right, is there anything I can do to stop this…?
VISTA SUCKS!

Many people have been getting the same problem. Windows Vista has a problem with recognizing the ip address for your wireless network card. Check if your wireless network card is Vista certified. If not you may need to change the IP address of the card.
