would HD VGA cables work for a regular flat screen Monitor?

I’m trying to hook up my my xbox 360 to a regular flat screen computer monitor using HD VGA cables. I have not order the VGA cables because i didn’t know if it was going to work or not. So please help me. Thanks.

      Depends:

      If you are trying to get HDCP compliance the 15 pin VGA cable is not going to work. You need the HDCP compliant Digital cable or the HDMI cable for that to work correctly.

      This only applies to Blue Ray movie watching on your computer.

      For everything else they would be fine.
