Would malwarebytes.org scanner interfere with current security?

Would the MalwareBytes scanner from http://www.malwarebytes.org scanner interfere with my security program? (CA Internet Security)

      I don’t know, but I know that spybot interferes with some programs. But it tells you upon install, so try it and see. Malwarebytes doesn’t run all the time, so I would think not.

      No it shouldn’t do as it does not operate in realtime, it has to be run manually but there should be no conflict with CA Internet Security.
      As it is an antimalware program there are no real problems, but if it were an antivirus it would create a conflict and result in false positive reading
