Would McAfee anti-virus clash with Webroot spy sweeper?

And plus, is it ok to have multiple spyware programs?

yeah its ok to have a coupla spyware programs. if your webroot is an anti-virus program it will clash with McAfee,just one anti-virus program is all you need to be running at the same time
