finallyfast.com is expensive, and not that great. I have heard that it has reoccuring fees to your credit card bill, and is hard to cancel. Try out trendmicro.com and go to housecalls, it is pretty decent and helping your computer speed up, and its for free.

Good stuff?
You can find plenty of free programs that will do "real" cleanup vs. programs that you pay for like these that entice you with promises.
All of the following are free and will do the exact same thing as the programs that they "offer".
Speed up (optimize) your internet connection?
Run the TCP optimizer at the following site - set it to around 6,000, modify all adapters, optimal, and apply.

Run the latest version of CCleaner at the following location. It contains a "crap cleaner" and registry cleaner.

Then, run Spybot 1.52 (personally, I like to turn off the teatimer feature) and have it run a full scan. It will pull spyware off your system and help to bring back some of the life.

You can do much more but these will probably impact your system the most.

While I haven’t tried it myself, I’ve heard it actually does way more harm than helps.
-Puts viruses/adware on your computer
-Hidden feeds
-Difficult to cancel
-Spams e-mail
