We all know it and almost all antivirus companies announced it.But anybody can get a domain name, host what else that their isp permits(most probably XP people host their own servers). Most of this phony anti-virus crap, is coded in Eastern European countries like Ukraine and Russia, bought and sold in IRC chat-rooms that are created and disbanded every few minutes, and hosted on servers in China. Add in a couple of URL redirects and the job of catching these B@$^@rd$ in immense.
Unfortunately the internet was not created with security in mind.
