i clicked on a website and got infected. my norton antivirus isnt helping and i tried using superantispyware in safe mode but nothing. also whenever i try to update any antivirus or antispyware the programs wont update. my internet is going super slow and everytime i try to go to a webpage i get redirected to a different site. can anyone plz help i feel like i have tried everything!

Antivirus programs will NOT remove these as they are malicious codecs, although they may find reference to them and remove it but upon rebooting it's back again.

We need more information, what did you click on. Is there a blinking icon in the tool bar. Did you run spybot.

When you get there, scroll down the page until you see”Tools Needed for this fix:”
Then click the “Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware” link to download the software.
Install and update the program before you run the scanner.

Your system is infected by Zlob.
1) Download and install Rogue Remover Free from http://www.malwarebytes.org/rogueremover.php
Start a scan and quarantine all infected files.
2) Install another Anti-Virus because Zlob is a widespread Virus and it isn't normal it detected nothing.

if you are redirected or internet is very slow because of xpantivirus, i suggest you print out the tutorial on some other computer.
