Hi,
I have not been able to get to my Yahoo Mail for 2 days.
I keep being redirected to the same verifying page, asking for my password again and again. Note that if I use a wrong password, I get another message.
Although I can still access my contacts, and when I click "Mail" tab on the Contact page, I get redirected to an italian page, telling me the service is unavailable.
Can Yahoo! Mail investigate my problem?

To feddback some answers, I have the valid credentials. That is why I can login and see my contacts. It is just Yahoo Mail that seems to be unavailable.

Have you tried to change your password? When signing in, put "forgot password". You will have security questions that must be answered and hopefully you can answer them. Change your password if you get that far. Really, this is about the only way to do it. Also, if you cannot answer security questions, contact yahoo mail or whoever you can see that you can contact on Yahoo official site. It may take a few days but you should be able to fix it. A new password is what you need.

I don't have an answer for you unforunately but I am experiencing exactly the same thing. I've been looking on here for guidance too and haven't been able to find anything as yet… I did try to change my password but the same problems arises still!
This is so annoying. Hopefully somebody will be able to help us both! Good luck.

i found a temporary solution for error code 1 and 2 in yahoomail.
error code 1 :sorry for the inconvenience u have stumbled upon a temporary problem please refresh or reload …….
if u are facing this problem for a couple of days follow the steps below
steps for viewing mail as it is like a normal working mail
1.open http://www.mail.yahoo.com and type ur username(including the @yahoo.com or yahoo.co.in etc according to ur id) and type the password.
2. now u will see the error sorry for the inconveniennce …..,leave it dont do anything.
3.open a new tab and type http://www.us.m.yahoo.com and click mail link in it
and type ur user id and password in it and ur mail will open in wap format.
4.now open the original mail tab where it is displaying the error and click refresh ,now u can view ur mail working fine without any error.
5.do not close the wap format mail tab until u finish yahoo mail.
6.follow the same sequence of steps do not interchange the steps it worked for me and many others.
