I answered questions to validate my identity, (birthdate, country and postal code) Got message that password could not be reset online and to reset I needed to contact customer care. I have done that. Found # to call and the man I talked with said I needed to write account security, but would not tell me why. I wrote them and still have not heard back. I had a personals ad that I could not get to, so I created another one. Got e-mail from Yahoo saying that is against their policy. I had no choice since I could not get into my original personal because my password was not accepted.
I have no clue what to do at this point. I am tired of the automated responses from Yahoo. Anyone have any suggestions what to do next to get them to help me?

Also on sign in go to where it says forgot password and try to create a new one or change it to that one.

when your makign ur new account did you use the same last name and address and old email? if so juat put in a diffrent last and ur friends or parents address and …..well maybe u can use the same old emai…..
