I’ve been using Yahoo toolbar for years. Last night I noticed none of my custom buttons were showing on the toolbar. The Yahoo-created buttons appear and work just fine.
When I go to the page where you maintain custom buttons, I can still see all my buttons there in the list– but they won’t display on the toolbar.
As an experiment, I tried to create a new custom button but receive an error (in the lower left corner of IE) that reads, in part, “Switch from current encoding to specified encoding not supported”.
What would cause these symptoms?
