Yu Gi Oh Power of Chaos Can’t playin Windows Mode, Vista?

Hi, i currently have Yu Gi Oh Power of chaos and i seem to not be able to play in windows Mode. I have Vista, I think it might have something to do with that. Anyways, it just goes black in a windowed mode and won’t load. Please give me your suggestions, thank you.
